Good quality. The bracelet was hard to figure out how to open At first, but once we figured it out it was easy. I wish there were more pictures of what the engraving looks like. Mine turned out great but it would be nice to see more pictures of where the engraving actually goes and how big the letters would look.

I ordered the bracelet too big, and therefore not as great of an experience as could be, but that is my fault for not reading the measuring instructions on the web site or i mis-understood the measuring instructions. Regardless, love the bracelet.
