In order to place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method acceptable to us. If unforeseen difficulties arise or if unsatisfactory credit information about the customer is obtained after the acceptance of the order, we will be entitled to cancel the confirmed order and we will be exempt from liability of any kind.
When placing an order on our site, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Some of the goods sold through our website may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18s. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have charged your chosen payment method.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT / GST / duties but exclusive of shipping cost.
While we try and ensure that all information, details, descriptions, availability and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and find a solution with you. If we have already received your payment, but it is necessary to issue you with a refund, it will be refunded to the payment method used.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been shipped. If you pay with a debit card, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we capture or decline the payment.

All products are always shipped in secure packaging. You choose your most convenient shipping method during checkout. The expense of shipping will be dependent on the size of your order and delivery terms. Available shipping methods will be shown during checkout. We will cover any damage to the product during shipping, and ship you a replacement if needed. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may occasionally be subject to unforeseen delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we are not responsible.
Because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we actually offer you 365 days to return your product. The only requirement, after the statutory 14 days, is that your item has not been used (as far as this is reasonably possible), and all packaging is intact. If this is not the case, it may constitute a value deterioration, for which you are liable. If you return your entire order, we will refund you in full, including the original shipping cost. If you chose DHL Express delivery, we will refund you the equivalent cost of our standard shipping service instead of the DHL Express amount. If you are only returning some of your purchased products, you will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
Please note we cannot accept returns on personalised items.
To return an item, please use our online return form and follow the instructions provided. You are also very welcome to simply return your items for a refund, any way you prefer at your own expense. In that case please use the standard return form shown at the end of the Terms of Service.
You have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you received it, for any reason and with no justification. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal There is no right of withdrawal from the purchase of goods made to your specifications or which have a distinct personal touch, such as engraved items. You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal or packaging of beard and skincare products.
How to cancel a purchase You can cancel a purchase and let us know you wish to return it by giving us a clear message stating your wish to cancel. You can send a letter or an email, where you inform us of your wish to regret the purchase to Trendhim ApS, Egeskovvej 12, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, firstname.lastname@example.org. You cannot cancel by denying to receive the order, without also notifying us that you wish to cancel. You can also use the by law standard return formula, which is shown in the end of the Terms of Service, but this is not obligatory.
If something is wrong with the product If you find something wrong with a product, then please make contact with us within a reasonable time, for us to find a quick and good solution for you. We recommend you make contact as fast as possible, especially if the product was damaged during shipping. If you make contact within 2 months this will always be seen as a reasonable time period.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. If your dispute remains unresolved, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform here.
