Men were not meant to wear belts; we don't have the hips for that. Since buying suspenders my lower back pain has stopped completely. The trick is to find a sturdy pair. These Trendhims fulfill/exceed all my needs. The leather button fasteners are strong and will outlast me. The optional snap fasteners will allow me to retrofit earlier pants that have no buttons. I ordered three sets in different colours so that I can mix and match to my heart's content.
