Color and texture were fine

Description on website lists wool as the only component of the fabric, leading me to believe the bow tie was 100% wool, when in fact, the material tag on the item states It is actually only 50% wool, and 50% Viscose, an environmentally suspect material. That was very disappointing as I prefer to buy all wool items, and to avoid Viscose. Customer service is responsive, and appears eager to help—we will see if any problem solving follows…
