The box arrived at Canada Post smashed, thereby flattening the hat. No Problem. That can be remedied. The hat is a gift. I hope he likes it (i will put it in a different box) If not I will need to exchange it for something a little different. Thanks For asking. Cheers Roxanne

My green flat brim fedora lived up to my expectations. I was a little worried at first when the box arrived because it had clearly been crushed, but this did not appear to affect the thick wool of the hat. It fits perfectly and is exactly as described on the website. I love my hat!
