5 adjustment holes spaced 1" (2.5 cm) apart ensure a comfortable fit.

If you’re in doubt about your size, get a slightly bigger one. You can permanently resize the belt with a flathead screwdriver, a pair of tough scissors, and a hole puncher. Don’t take too much off, though. You know what tends to happen to us as we age… apart from becoming more handsome, that is.
