A bad quality product despite my expectations

Unfortunately, this product was not as I expected. Even though the design of the ring is excellent with beautiful lines along the damascus steel, the tiger eye stone seems rather blur and not as shiny as I wished it had been. Furthermore, the product proved to be faulty. One side of damascus steel ring detached from the body of the stone only after a few weeks. I am disappointed that I still haven't got a refund or a replacement even though the company recognized the problem with the ring...
