Excessively large (IDs) and coarse (leather)

In my opinion, the skin is very coarse and when it is packed in the throat it does not look beautiful. As well as the IDs they are too big for a necklace of this type. Generally it looks a very full necklace and does not give a good impression. I thought it would be something more subtle and allied. Generally in my throat it doesn't look good at all, it's like it suffocates and looks very heavy ...
