The grooved crown is easy to use, and the large rectangular buttons make the chronograph function easy to operate even with gloves on. Shatterproof double-curved hesilite glass covers the dial, and a surgical-grade stainless steel case protects the reliable Japanese Seiko chronograph movement.

On a subdial at 9 o’clock, the chronograph minute counter lets you accurately measure time up to 60 minutes. At 6 o’clock, a subtle window displays the date of the month, and a 24-hour clock occupies a subdial of its own at 3.
