Beautiful but very hard to set the time

The watch exceeded my expectations, aesthetically. However, it is very hard to set the time. I thought it was broken but once the time is set there seems to be an approximate 12 minute lag in the movement of the hand. So, if you are trying to set for 1200 you need to put the hand at about 1212 in order for the time to be accurate.
