Nothing special about it. Ring is thinner than shown in the picture and has an engraving "Spikes stainless steel" inside. Fit is larger than measurements.

You can certainly feel the 5mm thickness and weight on your hand, when playing the guitar I have to switch hands, otherwise I can't play normally (and I can't be bothered to get used to it). I took a size of 19.7mm, it felt too big at first, but it stays on the finger (normally my size is 19-19.5mm).It looks quite good to my eyes and does its job.
