I'm obsessed with the chain bracelet. Came earlier than expected, with no damages. The quality is no joke and customer service was helpful every step of the way!

The locking mechanism is terrible. I spent 30mins trying to lock this myself but could not.

It’s not as bright and polished as I thought it would be and as portrayed on the website. However, overall it didn’t look bad. The locking mechanism should be improved. There should be an extra thinner chain at the end for locking but this is missing. It’s impossible to get the last thick chain across the hook without assistance from someone else. I could not lock this myself after several attempts meaning I can’t wear this when I’m alone at home. So what’s the point of buying it since I live alone!
